Are all your products handmade?

Yes. Every The Thread Therapy product is crocheted by hand. Small differences in colour, size or stitch placement are a natural part of handmade work and make each piece unique.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India wherever our courier partners provide service. Standard shipping is free on orders placed through this website. If a location cannot be serviced, we will contact you before proceeding.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

As each piece is handmade, processing generally takes approximately 5–10 business days per piece before dispatch. Orders with multiple pieces, custom work or more detailed designs may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Courier delivery time depends on your location and starts after the handmade processing period. Once your order is dispatched, available tracking details will be added to your order so you can follow its journey.

How can I track my order?

Open the Track Order page and enter your order ID and the email used at checkout. You will see the latest order status, and courier name, AWB number or tracking link whenever those details are available.

What payment methods can I use?

Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay Checkout. The payment methods shown to you—such as UPI, cards or other supported options—depend on what Razorpay makes available during checkout.

How do I use a discount coupon?

Enter your coupon code in the bag or checkout coupon field and tap Apply. The discount will be shown before payment if the code is active and your order meets its minimum value, expiry and usage conditions.

Can I request a custom crochet piece?

Yes, you can contact us with your idea, preferred colours, size and required date. Custom orders depend on design feasibility and availability; the final price and making time will be confirmed with you before the order proceeds.

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after confirmation because handmade work may begin soon after purchase. Contact us immediately if you entered incorrect details; we will help where possible before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed.

What is your return and refund policy?

What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund where the claim is accepted.

How should I care for my crochet product?

Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak for long periods or wring harshly. Reshape the piece while damp and dry it flat in the shade.
