Return & Refund Policy
The Thread Therapy offers a 7-day return request window, including eligible change-of-mind returns.
7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible products if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original condition with included accessories or packaging, where applicable.
How to request a return
Email threadtherapy22@gmail.com or contact +91 98188 07782 within the 7-day window. Include your order number, the item concerned, the reason for return and photographs where relevant. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.
Return shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging. If the item delivered is wrong, defective or damaged on arrival, The Thread Therapy will review the issue and, where accepted, arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.
Inspection and refund
Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after inspection; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Non-eligible returns
Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned outside the stated window may be refused, subject to rights available under applicable law. For hygiene-sensitive or personalised products, any specific return restriction will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs or other reasonable details. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return or refund remedy where the claim is accepted and as required by applicable law.
Exchanges and cancellation
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed; support may arrange a return and separate purchase depending on availability. Voluntary cancellation is not offered after order confirmation. This does not remove non-excludable consumer rights or remedies.
