Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders placed through this website. If a special delivery service or destination cannot be supported, we will contact you before proceeding.
Processing time
Each crochet piece is handmade and generally takes approximately 5–10 business days per piece before dispatch. This is processing time, not courier transit time. Multi-piece, customised or unusually complex orders may require additional processing time.
Dispatch and delivery
Once dispatched, available courier or tracking details may be added to your order. Delivery timing varies by destination and courier operations. We do not present courier estimates as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Tracking
Use the Track Order page with your order ID and order email. Where a courier tracking URL or AWB number is available, it will be shown with the order status.
Delays, loss or incorrect delivery
If an order is materially delayed beyond the communicated schedule, appears lost, or is delivered incorrectly, contact threadtherapy22@gmail.com or +91 98188 07782 with the order number. We will review the shipment and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Address accuracy
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. If a shipment is returned because the supplied address was materially incorrect or delivery could not be completed, contact support so available next steps can be reviewed.
