These terms govern purchases and use of The Thread Therapy website.
About the store
The Thread Therapy sells handmade crochet products in India. Support is available at threadtherapy22@gmail.com and +91 98188 07782. Product colours and dimensions may appear slightly different because of handmade variation, screen settings and photography.
Accounts and information
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use of the website.
Products, pricing and discounts
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Where an original price and discounted selling price are displayed, the percentage-off badge is calculated from those prices. Availability, stock and promotional pricing may change before an order is successfully placed. We aim to correct genuine listing or pricing errors promptly and will contact affected customers where necessary.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed after successful payment verification and creation of an order record. Payments are processed through Razorpay. A payment attempt or bank debit does not by itself guarantee acceptance if payment verification fails; contact support with the payment reference if this occurs.
Handmade processing and shipping
Each piece is handmade and generally requires approximately 5–10 business days per piece before dispatch. Orders containing multiple pieces or customised work may require additional time. Shipping is free. Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and may vary by destination or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancellation
The Thread Therapy does not offer voluntary order cancellation after an order is confirmed. This does not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where goods are defective, incorrect, materially not as described or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law. Eligible returns after delivery are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly with the order number and reasonable supporting details.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website branding, original text, graphics and other owned content may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or use the service for unlawful activity.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, The Thread Therapy is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India and disputes are subject to competent courts and consumer forums as provided by law.
